hi,

We would like to know if mappoint or mappoint.net (http://mappoint.net/) have street level information of Thailand. If not now, when will this be offered?

I just saw that TeleAtlas offers data of Thailand on GoogleMap.

I thought mappoint was based on TeleAtlas data?

Thanks

I think Microsoft is primarily using Navteq although they might be using other street data providers in some parts of the world or for other layers such as the imagery in particular.

My impression is that Microsoft might update Virtual Earth the most often, see this link to Bangkok :

You can see there is some interstate and major roadways, this might be sufficient for your purposes. As for updates or more detailed roads, you might want to get in touch with a Microsoft salesperson, they would probably be best capable of answering your question. Try this e-mail maplic@microsoft.com

hope this helps.
Eric
