If somebody took this exam, please give me some advices or helpful web pages
that I can improve my skills before I go to exam.

I'd recommend to study both MapPoint Web Service and Virtual Earth... don't skimp on either. See MSDN for documentation - both read through the documentation and the technical articles. Also read up on MapCruncher.

I think the best way to learn is to run all the example code they give and play with it.
