How to open dialog?

I want to be able to click on a balloon and bring up a custom diaglog that contains information related to that pushpin. This would be somewhat like a hyperlink except I don't want to open a web page.

Can anyone lend a suggestion?

You can use SelectionChange event. When user clicks on balloon or on pushpin this event is fired. You check what is selected and you can show a message box with the information with the AddTextBox method.
