How to find City name for a location ???

I tried to use ObjectsFromPoint function for finding city name for a location , but it work only in France,Germany,Italy etc... and doesn't work in Czech Rep,Slovakia,Hungary,Roumania...etc , can anybody tell me why ?


Is there a method to find the city name for those country ?
