Need Help Running MapPoint 2006 via Limited User Account

After installing MapPoint 2006, I can only run it using an administrator account. Otherwise, I get the error, which is attached. I confirmed that the CD was in the drive and after a couple reinstallations, I still get the error message whenever I attempt to run it via a limited user account. My question is: What do I need to do to run the program via a limited account?
