Can a Custom Command link be created in AcT! 2000 and an Icon placed on the tool bar (like Outlook) that while looking at a contact you can lunch MapPoint and plot the contact? Can you also select a range of contacts so that they all would be plotted? With out having to export them to a spreadsheet then import to MapPoint.
There are several other software mapping programs like Street wizard that offers this as a special Custom command in Act!
Thanks,
Glen

It would probably be a two-step process with Act.. first export to a common format like Excel or text and then import that into MapPoint.

There is a software SDK for ACT on the website that allows you to programatically access the data in ACT. You should be able to pull in that data and map without having to import or export out of ACT first.
I found it on the www.act.com site. Has some good examples of VB Code to access ACT database.

There is already a net profile tab in act. Under the net profile tab is maps and directions. This utilized MapQuest for the information. It also means that the data is up to date.

The profile (Act! Internet Services) is also NOT free.
