Mappoint 2006 route rendering

Hi,

I have data for India in the form of a cmf file. I want to calculate routes between different points and render them. I have the dlls required as well.
I do not know how to use the mappoint.route or mappoint.directionservices to render a route between 2 points. There is no obvious way of doing it.
Does any of you have code samples? or, can you point me to some useful resource?

There isn't any way of bringing external route data (eg. roads) into MapPoint 2006. MapPoint 2006 is the desktop application (you posted on the MapPoint 2006 forum). There is also a web service marketed under the "MapPoint" name, which you might be referring to?
