Pushpin Cost

Hi,
Is every pushpin movement on the mappoint web service map a transaction? For example a screen is loaded and showing 20 vehicle positions, after ten minutes the location of 15 of the vehicles have moved and the pushpins representing them are moved accordingly and the map refreshed. Is this 15 transactions?

I am surprised no one is able to answer this query, all I wish to no is if I send an array of 100 pushpin locations to the mappoint web server and refresh the current map with the new pushpin locations, do I incur 100 charges?:?:
