Does anyone know If I can install this mappoint to the server or is it only personal for a work station. single user?

And to buy it for server if possible what the price might be?

Normally it is personally for each work station. However you can make mappoint available on a server trough advertising. See this article: Deploy MapPoint over a network (http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa562282.aspx)

Still you need a licence per workstation
