Determine Time Zone from Address/Location

Is there a way to determine the time zone a particular address or location is in?

Are you using the MapPoint Web Service or Virtual Earth or MapPoint 2006?

We are using MapPoint Web Service.

It looks like Chandu was saying that it's included starting with version 4.0, but I couldn't find a reference..

Extended match properties can help detect addresses much more accurately than earlier Score numbers and time-zone information

I don't see anything about it in the FAQ or Fact Sheet for 4.0, so I am thinking he might have been mistaken... :v5v:

I searched through the MapPoint Web Service SDK and can't find anything about time zones. Web searches didn't turn up anything except some other products that let you look up time zones in various ways from geographic data. It's one of those things that seems like it should be in MPWS.
