Books and/or Training Manuals

I've been asked to teach MapPoint. Although I've been using MapPoint personally for many years, I've never taught it. I'm having trouble finding materials. Except for the Dummy's book which is a couple of versions old, I can't find a single book. The company I get my other training manuals doesn't have anything. I've contacted some of the companies doing MapPoint training and they aren't interested in selling their materials.

I hate making my own training materials.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks much.

The only other book in Chandu Thota's - but that is for programming.

The Dummies book is still pretty accurate. The user interface has barely changed from from MapPoint 2002. You could create notes pointing out the differences or including some specific exercises.
