Import locations

I have 300 locations to map in Canada. I tried to import an Excel file with the name, the address (ex: 453 King Street), the city and the province. I can't get Mappoint to recognize my address, so everytime it map the locations by the city. Is there a way to make this work, if not I will have to add the location one by one with the find option.

Could you post a sample (a row or two) of your excel file?

I found out that if I choose USA for the country the matching option is set to street address but if it's CANADA the matching option is city. So i guess that I dont live in the right country to do what I want to do.

If someone knows a way to bypass this problem let me know.

I changed the country to United States (Which, as you pointed out gives you the "Data Type" Address 1 Column)

Then I selected Data Type City for the Province Column, clicked Finish and it imported just fine.

Give it another try, should work!
