reverse geo coding, results wrong

I have employed the Gilles Kohl code for calculating the lat and longitude
of a list of waypoints. The lat result is very close but does not match the MP tool after 3 decimial points of precision.
Longitude is way off. I am in central AR and and expect longitudes in the - 90 to - 92 range. But I'm getting results of -134, out in the Pacific Ocean!
Has anyone seen such a problem? I admit I don't really understand the math in the code.

Did you figure this out? As it's so far off, I wonder if it's something fundamental like the state abbreviation or country.. is this reverse geocoding as in the subject or simple geocoding (sounds like) ?
