My company recently purchased the 60 day trial version of MapPoint 2002. Can this program be deployed over an Intranet?

Technically MapPoint 2002 can be run over an intranet (with some performance problems and other minor issues), but the licensing agreement severely limits server-based scenarios. In simple terms, the only scenario that is feasible is one where each "client" has a license of MapPoint 2002 - this obviously defeats the purpose of running MapPoint on an intranet server.
