Problem running The Spatial Data Import COM Add-in

I uploaded the spatial import Com feature and when I tried to run it I had the following error message:

Error Nº:339
Description: Component `COMDLG32.OCX´ or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

Could please anybody help me with this?

What version of Windows are you running?

I,m using W2000, SP2.

Do a search of your hard drive for "COMDLG32.OCX" to confim that you have that file. (Common Dialog control)

Should be in your Windows\System32 directory.
Should be version 6.0.81.69 or higher.
