Do you mean "affordable" instead of "fortable"?

NSIS and InnoSetup are both essentially free.

Those examples use VB6. You probably need to find a book on VB6 - it isn't really the scope of this forum.

VB6 is getting old, so books are very cheap! There are also some tutorial websites online.
