Too Many Zip Codes to Create Territory

I am attempting to create territories for the US and Canada. I have an Access database with every postal code for each country and the are name. We have 15 total areas. Unfortunately, the areas do not follow state/provincial boundaries.

MapPoint chokes on the quantity of data in my Access database. Can MapPoint take ranges? Is there another way to achieve this.

I think MP can handle 3 digit postcodes... if your territories break along those lines (or close) maybe that would work.

Also, I'm trying to think if there's some way to convert your postcode table into a list of counties... again, the breakdown wouldn't be perfect, but it might work well enough depending on your need.
