UK Parliamentary Constituencies

Hi

I've a requirement to build territories matching UK Parliamentary Constituencies. What I can't find is either a ready made dataset or a list of which postcodes match which constituency.

I'd be grateful for any pointers.

If you’re looking to build territories based on parliamentary constituencies then probably MapPoint isn’t the right package. The only building block available in MapPoint that’s small enough for that kind of purpose is the postcode sector, and postcode geography doesn’t align with parliamentary constituencies.

If it’s of any interest I did some work plotting out output areas (smallest areas for which Census data is reported) by parliamentary constituency for the West Midlands, synthesising boundaries and then combining constituencies on different characteristics like Lab/Con/LibDem/Ind. The nice thing about doing it like this is that all the Census and updated demographics are routinely at hand.
