View Full Version : Displaying County Boundries

Our company has been using MapPoint 2004 for quite some time; however, we are interested in purchasing MapPoint 2009 because of the updated data. I downloaded a trial copy to test it out, but I can't seem to get the boundries of counties to display unless I really zoom in. We often need maps by the entire state with the county boundries displayed. Is there any way to make this happen?

The Spatial Data Import Utility or more advanced Visimation product to import county boundaries from the U.S. census site will allow you to do this.

Cartographic Boundary Files - U.S. Census Bureau (http://www.census.gov/geo/www/cob/)
GIS Data Import for Microsoft MapPoint® (http://www.shapesource.com/scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=140)
