Small DBA service business in distress!

    Hello
I want to apologize in advance for not searching the forums, for the answers I am looking for.
I am a small DBA service business. I spend 6-8 hrs a day in the field, then 2-4 hrs a day at the PC setting next appointments and making appointment reminder calls.
I barely have time to post this let alone search through them when I have no concise idea of how or if Microsoft Map Point can help me with my problem.
    I need help !
My day: wake, field work, office work, shower, dinner, make coffee and lunch for next day, then bed. and every once and a while I have the time or energy to watch the news or weather channel. Sad huh?

I am considering using (MSO) Microsoft Outlook with Business Contact Manager with (MMP) Microsoft Map Point.

Before I purchase Microsoft Map Point and Microsoft Outlook with BCM because money for me is tight.
    My Questions:
    1) will MSO addresses sync into MMP and automatically place map pins?

    2) if automatic, would I be able to show pins/appointments by date ranges? or set some sort of custom parameters to achieve the equivalent?

    3) is there any way that I can use MMP with MSO to optimize my routs more efficiently by distance apart, and the amount of time it takes me with my current method listed below to schedule and reschedule.

    Demographics of my Service area

My problem is scheduling and rescheduling recurring appointments and trying to optimize routs. My appointments span (recurring) from ever 4,6 8,9 and 12 months.
    I have 1100 appointments per year -/+ 100 and avarage 4-8 appointments a day
I currently am using a Paper map and Quickbooks Customer Manager (and it is severely inept for my needs as a service business) QBCM SU@|<$

My service area is The Villages Florida. it covers Lake Marion and Sumpter counties in Central Florida and it covers several zip codes. As far as I know it may be the largest retirement community in the world. I never travel outside The Villages

I think a lot of people would not be familiar with Microsoft Outlook with Business Contact Manager and MapPoint. Why don't you try it and see how it goes? If you get stuck then maybe post a succinct post on what you are trying to do and where you got stuck.
