Yes, I read the book and am now reading Angels & Demons. I don't recall Robert Langdon naming a favorite symbol and since the original post and the first reply were somewhat off topic, I just thought I'd reply in kind by naming a brand of cymbal.

Please keep this as the MP forum. While I don't get direct answers to my questions here (most of which go unasked), I get some great insight into the workings of MP here.

I'm not a windows progger, having grown up in the pdp world with assembler, so, I take great pride in what i've been able to grok from the unbelievably mysterious world of MS.

now really what is his fav symbol I am to reading the book and doing much research on it
I think it is a great book
I am sadly the only one in the school who is reading the book so I can not talk to anyone else about it
