I'm having a heck of a time with this one. As stated, I run in a Terminal Services environment. I have an app that I want to run unattented. When I run it manually, it runs just fine. but whenever it is the Scheduled Task function that kicks it off, it fails attempting to create a new map.

The error message is

Mappoinit failed to load. The cause of this failure is unknown.

Which is, of course, terrifically helpful.

Does anyone know of any restriction that prevents Mappoint from loading via this means?

Maybe it is never tested with remote dekstop ? I have seen other strange error reports from other people using this feature...
