Territory by population

Hi,

I am looking for a way to divide a large city such as Los Anegles into three territories. Each territory contains approximate 3 million people.
Does MapPoint have such function? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Once Again Thank You.

Best Wishes,
Chris

You could draw pop by zip code or tract and then combine the areas using the Territory feature so that they make up roughly 3M people each. It would be a bit of manual work, AFAIK there is not a way to do this automatically.
