We recently upgraded to MapPoint 2011. However, in this version, the font in the text boxes is HUGE, meaning not all of the information shows up.

I have searched and searched for ways to change this, but nothing I try works. Even testing "fixes" for other problems does not work.

I just want it back to a "normal" 10 pt. font (or smaller). Keep in mind, this is in the TEXT BOX, not on the actual map itself. So whenever I select "Show Information", it fills up the entire page!!

What version did you upgrade from? As far as I could tell, in my experience, the text font size in the balloons has stayed the same when upgrading with recent versions.

Can you post a sample PTM file or screenshot?

Are you converting PTM files from previous versions? If so, what happens when you create a new map?
