| TIP: "Terminal Server has exceeded the maximum number of connections" I was working remotely in China recently on a box in Wisconsin and due to the time difference it was dead of night in the U.S. while I was working.. in normal working hours I would just IM the manager / lead developer and he could reboot the box or kill a session and maybe I would lose only 20 minutes of productivity, but I was facing possibly losing an entire workday..  I googled a bit and found that using the /f /admin switched can get you to the console where you can open Terminal Services manager and reset or terminate any disconnected sessions.. From start | run or a command line - Code: mstsc /v:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx /f /admin I never know about this until I needed it! Eric
