The postcodes you mention seem corrected in cardiff. Since 1999 the govt required changes to be backward compatible which means many businesses won't change even though the code has!

If you register with a UK site called 192.com you can find addresses, telephone numbers, postcodes, and most other items of interest. There is a small fee to register. Good luck!!

They're also out of date for most of W1. Unfortunately I received a whole lot of data which had been processed by a company, deduplcated and had demographic coding appended, so the postcodes were updated, but Mappoint doesn't recognise them.

Is it the case that this hasn't been updated in the most recent software version? Tell me this can't be true! I was all set to upgrade, but that would be pointless.
