| Updates to map data? Coverage for major areas in the rest for of the world would also be nice (Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, some ares in South America etc.) Is the map data format documented and/or is there a SDK for importing and edting the contents of the map database?         |

I believe the next update will include puerto rico. Not sure of other areas.
