Having purchased Map point European Edition i am P***d off that the postcode data is at least 3 years out of date- The Royal Mail has re-coded many towns over this time and as the data I want to plot is based on the up to date codes I need to overcome this- I am prepared to convert the Map point post code data if I can accces it- Password Geo80 appears to be recognised on the "Eurdemo.mdb" file but it says "Cannot update database or object is read only" when trying to open it with Access 2000

Can anyone help or is there and updated mdb file av :shock: ailable

You might have some success marrying the AutoRoute 2003 into MapPoint. See this article: http://www.mp2kmag.com/articles.asp?....2003.mappoint

I think the mdb is just demographic data, not cartographic like postal boundaries so editing that alone would not suffice. (BTW, I think I heard reported it's in Access 2002 format.)
