US Time Zone Question

Can the Time Zone (EST, CST, PST) be determined from a pushpin?

I don't think it can be.. one thing you might try is drawing in shapes for each of the time zones and then using QueryShape to see which pushpins fall within each one.

Looks like you can do it in MapPoint 11.

I'm using 10 myself and trying to figure out a way to do it and don't think I'll be able to. But if you have 11, then you can so a "FindNearbyPlaces" and look for a GMT boundary code. That might help.
