White Belt I have created points in Mapinfo on a map, this map has then been taken into Dreamweaver with many hotspot locations.
I am trying to get Visual Studio - Visual Basic to connect to this website, so that when the GPS location passes a hotspot, the relevant webpage appears. For now i thought to do this statically. Can i do this?
I then need to put this onto a GPS enabled mobile phone so that it is not static, and it constantly scanning for hotspots. Is this also possible?
