VE4? mappoint 06?

I have data I am pulling from sql into excel and then into mappoint using mp2002

The data is non moving adress 2 types each recieving a different color

can this be done with ve4? google earth?

I want the process is auto updating so it can run on a flatscreen and auto update without manualy pulling down the file menu, any reccomendations on what to use and how to get it done?
