Virtual Earth Weather

Clouds are now simulated in Virtual Earth, similar to the simulated trees in the V2 of the 3D cities in Virtual Earth.. it is based on the weather forecast and it is updated every three hours. Here's a "superman" video someone posted on Youtube:

Wow!

SpaceNavigator 3D

It says they used the 3Dconnexion (Logitech) SpaceNavigator 3D mouse for flying around in the clouds.. check it out. There are $53, $87, and $253 (SpaceExplorer) versions on Amazon -

Go to Amazon

The $53 is for Academic / Noncommercial use only, and I think the $87 version is the same thing for business users..

Also, for the cost of a small laptop you can get the SpaceExplorer ($344) complete with LCD screen -
"Commands become available on the LCD and dynamically update as you switch between applications or work in different modes within an application."

Check it out
