If you have an MSDN subscription I know you can still download it from there (I did just a couple days ago!). I don't think there's any other place to get a download, you would have to buy the box / media. I would try eBay.. it looks like maybe you can get it for less than $100. Visual Basic 6.0, Software, Textbooks, Education items on eBay.com Eric
