Visual C++.net and MapPoint

Hi,
I have an application that is written using Visual C++ .net. I have a set of gps coordinates that I would like to plot on a map and I believe that I can use Mappoint to do this. (it would be nice if I could get feedback from the map such as what point a user has clicked on). From all that I have read VB is the chosen language of MapPoint. Have people developed with MapPoint using VC++ (specificall .net).? I have seen many code examples with vb, but none using VC, are there any available (web, books, etc). I've looked through these forums and the one on msdn but not seen much.
I would love to see an article that describes how to implement a simple mappoint application in VC++.
Thanks for any guidance.

I found this example on MSDN:

http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;302900

It is entitled: How to Automate the MapPoint 2002 Control by Using Managed Visual C++ .NET.

Let me know if anyone else finds anything
