I understand that you can print large maps if you work with someone who has a plotter.

The issue that I am having a hard time comprehending is the way Mappoint will print the map. Let's see if I can explain.

We are trying to print a wall size map (8ft across 6ft tall). My client has stores locations across the town (Omaha). Omaha is one of the largest cities in the country when you refer to square miles, its really spreadout.

My client wants the map as detailed as possible. Basically focus it down to the 1 mile view. I believe the only thing that will get printed is whatever is viewable on the screen. If so do I have to print multiple (plotter size) map segments and glue them together?

Anybody tried to print large maps?
