I am trying to making a Shape invisible. But seems like MapPoint has no such property.

If s is a shape object, all I can do is s.Line.Visible = false & s.Fill.Visible = false. But there is a thin line still visible. So I thought a workaround for this would be to make the s.Line.ForeColor to background color of MapPoint.

What do you guys thinK?

If anybody knows the exact color and hex code, it will save me sometime.

I doubt this would work. MapPoint "snaps" colors to a palette of 40 colors. One advantage of this is that iit can do a reasonable job of avoid color clashes - eg. the user can't usually set the color to match the background.

Similarly, MapPoint deliberately doesn't let the line and fill to be invisible. You should delete the shape to make it invisible.

Thank you Richard. I too came to know of it yesterday from the link below and that kind of sucks for my case.

Microsoft MapPoint Colors

Actually I tried deleting the shapes already. But I am drawing quite a big number of shapes. And I am trying to toggle their visibilty on click of a button. So deleting and redrawing them is very slow.

Fill can be made invisible but not the line. I have decided to use white color which is kind of OK (thin white borders of the shapes are visible but I have no other go).
