When trying to run Mappoint2002 on Win 2000 O/S it will not load on a normal login, However if Logged in as Administrator it loads up and works fine. Have you any ideas how to get it to work from a normal login user?

Try re-installing as the administrator. Our guess is that it was installed under a normal user login and other users are not able to use it. Also, try searching the newsgroup for similar issues.. Start here: http://www.google.com/advanced_group_search?hl=en. Here's an example of a search.
