Win2000 Server+Infragistics Toolbar+Mappoint = problem?

If I have a Mappoint control on a Windows form and I mouse over my Infragistics toolbar, it goes black. Once I close the offending form, I can minimize and then maximize the form, thus refreshing the toolbar. But as long as the form with the map is showing (actually, not the form but the control itself.....meaning I can have the control on a tab dialog and as long as that tab page is focused) , I cannot seem to correct the problem.

Any ideas?

Infragistics is an extremely popular set of 3rd party tools for Windows development. The Ultra Toolbar is one of those tools.

By the way.....win2000 Server is out of the equation. Happens on Win 2003 as well.
