| Winwaed announce MPMileage v1.0 MPMileage is a new batch mileage computation tool for Microsoft MapPoint. Unlike MileCharter (which computes many-to-many tables), MPMileage computes point-to-point routes that are specified in a database on a 1-to-1 basis. Results are written to the same database. MPMileage works as a standalone application outside of MapPoint. This allows it to run multiple instances of MapPoint simultaneously, greatly enhancing processing speeds on modern multi-core computers. MPMileage supports all of MapPoint's routing options, and works with MapPoint 2002-9. Currently supported databases are Microsoft Access and Excel. Requires Windows XP or Vista; and Microsoft .NET 2.0 (or later). Price: US$75 per license, US60 per license if 5 or more purchased at the same time. v1.1 has just been released. This includes the ability to select database rows for calculation, improved MapPoint restart mechanism, and enhanced progress statistics. MPMileage: Batch calculate mileages with Microsoft MapPoint Richard
