There's not.. the internal boundary tables such as zip codes (as well as points like restaurants and post offices) are only updated when a new version comes out.. The best you could do it create a correspondence or lookup tables. i.e. if there is a new zip code 60536 that is next to (or carved from) an older existing zip code such as 60535, you lookup table would say that 60536 corresponds to 60535.
